Submit Help Request
ITS is currently updating to a new request system called ServiceNow. At this time you can no longer submit tickets online through Remedy. The new ServiceNow request system will be available in May. Information about accessing this system will be e-mailed to the enterprise when it is ready.
At this time, if you need assistance please call the Service Desk at 706-721-4000 and press 9 when prompted for the Summerville Campus, to have a request submitted for you.
