9/23/2009 Known issue with Respondus
Problem: The user has problems loading the serial number and the serial number is correct and the latest version is being used: there was a program change that was made by the vendor that is causing this problem. Also, there may be other types of errors occuring if you don't have the current version
Resolution: Reinstall the latest version of Respondus. All data files should remain intact.
