The new portal—myASU—will have a new look and feel and Web 2.0 features such as wikis, blogs, RSS feeds, links to Facebook, and Google gadgets. It will also have “deep links” that will take you directly to specific applications—Elroy, grades, Degreeworks, GaView, and much more. myASU provides academic information and administrative services for students, applicants, faculty and staff, alumni, retirees, and student organizations. It is a one-stop-shop for your university experience.
The Launch Pad has links to other services such as Georgia View, JagMail, Elroy, and Jaguar Alerts.

Watch your privacy settings! Your myProfile has information about you and a "wall" upon which you can post comments. By default your security is set to Public. You can change this to Private (only you see it), Public (anyone can access the URL you may send out), or Logged in Users (anyone with a myASU account).
Most Frequently Asked FAQs
What username and password will I use? You will log on with your JagNET username and password (the one you use to logon to campus computers and the one you use for wireless). You only need to remember one password for myASU, JagMail, and JagNET.
How do I get to JagMail? Log on to myASU, go to the Launch Pad and select JagMail.
How do I get to Elroy? Log on to myASU, go to the Launch Pad and select Elroy.
How do I get to My Courses? myCourses is on the black menu bar. Your courses are now called Communities and will include not only your academic courses but any other "community" that you have joined.
What if I forget my password? At this time, if you cannot remember your password, you will need to contact the ITS Help Desk (706-737-1482). Students can contact the ITS Student Help Desk at 706-737-1676). You may setup your security questions under my menu | My Account. So, in the future if you forget your password you can answer your security questions and change your password.
Other myASU features: my Courses, Schedule/Grades/Finances information, Resources/Services, InfoCentral, and Help. These features are accessed from the black menu bar.
Mobile devices: If you use your mobile device to retrieve email, remember if you change your myASU password, you must be sure to update your mobile device.
