Campus Pipeline is a web-based communications
tool that provides a number of features and functions
- Web-based Email
- Calendaring system that allows for multiple and shared calendars
- Classroom tools such as class bulletin boards and class chat rooms
- Announcements that target groups or all Campus Pipeline users
- Provides access/a portal into ELROY that includes your information about:
- Registration: Register or Add/Drop classes; Grades; Check your class schedule or registration status.
- Student Records: View your holds; Display your grades; Review charges and payments.
- Financial Aid: Apply for Financial Aid; Review the status of your financial aid & loan applications
- Personal Information: Change your address; Change your Password/PIN; Change your major
- Provides access to WebCT/Vista - An On-Line Course management system
Those with an association with Augusta State University
- Applicant: A person who applies for a future term and has NOT matriculated and enrolled.
- Student: A person who has enrolled for classes
- Currently enrolled student: A student who is enrolled in classes for the current term.
- Alumni: A student NOT currently enrolled & has graduated from ASU or has previously attended ASU.
- Employee: A person currently employed by ASU
A Campus Pipeline account is created when you apply for admission, enroll as a student, when requested by the Alumni Office, or become an employee at ASU.
- Active Account: All accounts remain active as long as you fit into one of the above groups.
- Disabled account: An account is disabled if not used in 180 days.
- Deleted account: An account is deleted
when:
- an applicant does not matriculate for their
applied term and the person has not previously matriculated at
ASU since July 2002,
- an employee is terminated. (An ASU retiree
may elect to retain their Campus Pipeline account), or
- a student
has NOT been enrolled for one (1) year. (365 days)
As a Campus Pipeline account holder, you agree to abide by the guidelines stated in ASU
Email Policy, and other ASU policies, procedures and guidelines to include, but not limited to the Augusta
State University Security Agreement and the Computer
Usage and Network Policy.
- Unauthorized use: Guard your account from unauthorized use.
- Logoff and Logon: Log off of Campus Pipeline when finished to ensure others can not access your account.
- Your password/PIN: Select a password you can remember without writing down, but others could not easily guess.
