Current ITS Projects

PAWPRINT$, a print management system, is installed on all the general campus lab computers and study areas. In addition, some departments are also using this system to manage printing.

PAWPRINT$ provides a way to help our students be more judicious in the use of the printing resources, not a means for charging for printing in the general labs. Effective Spring Term 2006, each student will be allotted $25.00 per term for printing, which at $.05 per page for standard black & white laser printing, provides 500 pages for the term. This allocation is NOT rolled over from term to term. We will continue to collect data to ensure that this is a reasonable number for printing what students need for their classes.
