UPS - Battery Backup - Uninterruptible Power Supply for a standard office windows computer.Vendor: Office Depot 2. USB 2.0 Flash Drives - Available in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors. 2GB is a current standard, but other sizes are available. Prices range from $10 on up. These are usually available at Office Supply stores. If you are purchasing for an Apple, be sure the item is available for them. 3. USB Hubs - A device that allows many USB devices to be connected to a single USB port on the host computer or another hub. These are usually available at Office Supply stores. If you are purchasing for an Apple, be sure the item is available for them. 4. External Hard Drives - An external hard disk drive is a type of hard disk drive which is externally connected to a computer, and may be portable. External hard disk drives are often connected to the computer using a USB cable. These can be used for backups or simply as another working drive. They come in a variety fo sizes - 300GB is usually the low end with 500GB being about average. These are usually available at Office Supply stores. If you are purchasing for an Apple, be sure the item is available for them.
