USB 2.0 Flash Drives.
Available in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors. 2GB is a current standard, but other sizes are available. Prices range from $10 on up. These are usually available at office supply stores. If you are purchasing for an Apple™, be sure the item is available for them.
USB Hubs.
A device that allows many USB devices to be connected to a single USB port on the host computer or another hub. These are usually available at office supply stores. If you are purchasing for an Apple™, be sure the item is available for them.
External Hard Drives
A type of hard disk drive which is externally connected to a computer, and may be portable. External hard disk drives are often connected to the computer using a USB cable. These can be used for backups or simply as another working drive. They come in a variety fo sizes – 300GB – 500GB is usually the low end with 1TB – 2TB on the high side. These are usually available at office supply stores. If you are purchasing for an Apple™, be sure the item is available for them.
