The results will be available as listed below approximately six (6) weeks from the due date for the term being evaluated and are distributed as follows:

To the Instructor

1 copy of the instructor's evaluation per class w/instructor summary

To the chair of the department

1 copy of each instructor's evaluation per class w/instructor summary for that department

1 copy of the department summary for that department

1 copy of the school summary

1 copy of the campus summary

To the Dean

• 1 copy of each instructor's evaluation per class for that school w/instructor summary
• 1 copy of the department summary for each department in the School
• 1 copy of the school summary
• 1 copy of the campus summary
