New Graduate Admits

STATUS OF APPLICATION

To check on the status of your application, you need to contact graduate admissions at (706) 737-1499.

E-MAIL ACCOUNT AND STUDENT I.D. #

Once you are admitted you will automatically have a student I.D. # and an e-mail account assigned to you. 

You can look up your e-mail address HERE. If your e-mail is not listed, please contact Information Technology Services at 706-737-1676.

Once you have your e-mail address, you can log into Pipeline (the campus communication system): http://pipeline.aug.edu:

• Your login is the first part of your e-mail address (the part before the @ symbol)
• Your password is your birthday in 6-digit format by default
• Check your campus e-mail regularly; this is our official way to contact you

Once you are logged into Pipeline, you can get your student I.D. #. Display your 927 number”, click on this link to find out what your student ID number is. After you register, you will need to go to student activities to get your photo ID made. You cannot get a parking permit, access the library, etc. without one.

MEETING WITH YOUR ADVISOR

Meet with your advisor in person at your earliest opportunity to fill out a program of study. Once your advisor gets to know you he or she may feel comfortable advising you via phone or e-mail. Click HERE for a list of advisors.
