College of Education Academic Scholarship Application - This form MUST be included along with the essay for each scholarship applied for.

Frank & Alice Green: Undergraduate admitted to any Teacher Education program OR Graduate Student in Early Childhood Education

John Milledge Smith: Rising Junior admitted to any Teacher Education program OR Graduate Student In College Of Education

Louise P. White: Admitted to any Teacher Education program OR Graduate Student In Early Childhood Education, CE, Middle Grades Education, or Music Education.

Blanche Garrard: Rising Junior admitted to any Teacher Education program OR Graduate Student In Special Education

Renee Pool Russo: Rising Junior admitted to any Teacher Education program OR Graduate Student in Special Education with career interest in Mild Disabilities. Must be seeking a teaching position in Richmond County Schools

Dr. Lyle R. Smith: Student entering or enrolled in Graduate program

Robert Lee Henry: Student with a Bachelor of Music Education degree entering or enrolled in Graduate Program

Estelle Patricia Berry Polite Endowment Fund: Support program needs: Scholarships, mentoring programs, literacy

Harvey M. Duncan: Graduate Student; graduate of a Richmond County High school, a teacher or employee of the public county school system, who will remain in education field.

Ben Perkins and Anna Elisa Andres Trimble Scholarship: Student pursuing advanced degree in education and teaching math & science in junior high or high school. Student must be male African-American interested in teaching in Richmond County.

Becton Family Scholarship: Rising sophomore, junior, or senior who has declared a major in education. Minimum 2.5 GPA.

Ozella Jackson Book Scholarship: Teacher returning to the university for the graduate and undergraduate degrees in the College of Education. Student must maintain an overall cumulative GPA of 2.5 and must apply no earlier than their second semester of academic coursework.
