Library Instruction Reservation Form

Please note: Requests for library instruction should be made two weeks in advance.

The Library Instruction Room (Reese Library Room 304) is primarily for the use of classes being instructed in the use of library information resources. Because library classes are scheduled at the request of the academic faculty throughout the semester, no courses can be scheduled in the room on a regular, recurring, basis. The room is kept locked when not in use. The room may be reserved for instructors requiring specialized resources by calling the Reese Library Reference Department (706-737-1748).

If you wish to schedule a library instruction class for a course you're teaching, fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. After you submit the form, you should receive a confirming e-mail about your request. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact Camilla Baker directly at 706-667-4908 or emailcbaker5@aug.edu .
