• Define a function, g, thus:

  The symbol shown is called theta

  Evaluate the function at 0, 2, 5, 0.5, and x+theta

  Then, unassign the function using either method.

• Create a multi-value function, p, and use it to compute (x + 2)(y + 5), (x + 8)(y + 0.5), and (x + 5)(y - 5).

  Note: You will have to use expand() in your function so Maple will multiply the polynomials.

• For the following numbers, find sin(x), cos(x), and tan(x). Note: enter the trig functions exactly as you see them here.

  Pi, Pi/4, 2*Pi, and 128*Pi
