Video Camera Checkout Policy

• Video cameras can be reserved in advance by contacting the Media Center (706-737-1703).
• A valid ASU identification card is required.
• A media center check-out slip must be properly completed.
• Check out period is one day, except on Fridays when equipment is due by close on Monday.
• Equipment must be returned to the circulation desk on time. Failure to do so will result in a late fee of $1.25 per item, per hour, plus $5 overnight, and possible loss of privileges.
• Faculty, students, and staff are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment checked out in their name.
