Carolyn LaFaye Hargrove , President, Hargrove Leadership Services, PhD, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, University of Georgia. Dr. Hargrove specializes in assessment and development of leadership skills through executive coaching, and the design and delivery of tailored training programs. She has also served as a strategic planning consultant for public, private and non-profit organizations. Dr. Hargrove teaches the Strategic Planning for Nonprofits course.
