Saundra J. Reinke, Associate Professor of Public Administration, DPA, University of Alabama.  Dr. Reinke's research has been published in a variety of journals including Public Integrity, Public Productivity and Management Review, the Journal of Public Affairs Education , and the Review of Public Personnel Administration.  She serves on the editorial board of the PA Times, and does volunteer work with incarcerated youth.  Dr. Reinke retired from the U.S. Air Force after a twenty-year career in the rank of lieutenant colonel.  Dr. Reinke teaches the Capstone, Organizational Theory and Behavior, Emergency Management, Introduction to Homeland Security, and Public Policy Analysis courses.
