Volunteer Information

Did you know that approximately 5000 people will be visiting Augusta State University in May 2009? The National Science Olympiad is coming to campus and we want to invite you to be a part of this special event.

To make this science competition a success, we need a lot of volunteers. There are approximately 40 science competitions in both the middle and high school divisions. The competitions are in all areas of science, including Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Earth & Atmospheric Sciences, Geology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics. We absolutely cannot do this without you!

We are certain that your experience as a National Science Olympiad volunteer will be rewarding. You will be serving the community and the nation by helping to improve the quality of science education for middle and high school students across the nation. We will strive to match your interests and expertise to our volunteer needs so your volunteer experience is gratifying.
