Accreditation
In July 2009 the BSN program received initial approval from the Georgia Board of Nursing (Secretary of State, Professional Licensing Boards Division, 237 Coliseum Dr., Macon, GA 31217-3858, (478) 207-1300,(www.sos.state.ga.us/plb/rn).
In July 2011, the BSN program received full accreditation from the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC Inc., 3343 Peachtree Road NE., Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30326, (404) 975-5000, www.nlnac.org). Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are awarded the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Exam for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
