NURSING PROGRAM EXIT QUESTIONNAIRE
We are asking your cooperation in completing this questionnaire.  Your responses are important to the faculty of the Department of Nursing.  This information will be used by the faculty for program improvement.  In addition, it will provide documentation of ongoing program evaluation required by the Georgia Board of Nursing and the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.  We appreciate your assistance in this evaluation process.

Instructions:  Please rate your level of attainment of the following educational outcomes for the nursing program.
 
1. Identifies human responses to actual or potential health problems through the utilization of critical thinking in order to apply a problem solving approach and intervene appropriately to promote, maintain, and restore health.
