Augusta State University Rental Fee

Who pays this rate?

This is the rate charged to official Augusta State University Departments and Student Organizations in good standing. In order to determine if the event is being presented by an Augusta State University organization the person reserving the space must fill out the Maxwell Theatre Rate Structure Guidelines form for Departments or Student Organizations.

The event must be fully produced by Augusta State University to be an Augusta State University event. It must serve the mission of the University and the Department or the Student Organization that is presenting the event. If the event does not qualify for the Augusta State University rate, it may still qualify for another rate. Please contact the Maxwell Theatre Director for help in determining the proper rate.

Remember, that only forms sent from the Maxwell Theatre and signed by the Director are “official” estimates. However, this form should give you a pretty good idea of what your actual expenses will be.

Once you have determined what your likely expenses will be, please send in your Facilities Reservations Form to make your reservation official.
