Rental Forms This page is the main place to look if you need to find a form related to the Maxwell Theatre . However, most of the forms on this page are also found on other pages. Rate Structure Guidelines Forms Use these forms to determine what rate structure applies to your event.
Maxwell Theatre Rental Rates Once you have determined your rate stucture use these forms to caluculate your likely expenses for your event. The Rate Sheet lists all of the likely fees for your event, and the Rate Calculation Form helps you determine your likely total expenses.
Maxwell Theatre Reservations Form This form must be returned with a $50 non-refundable deposit to make your reservation official. Maxwell Theatre Rental Agreement For off campus users this agreement must also be signed to make the reservation official. A 25% deposit is due 30 days prior to the first day of your theatre use to keep your reservation in good standing. Please pay close attention to the insurance clause in the agreement. Maxwell Theatre Policies Off campus users must also initial our theatre policies statement. Maxwell Theatre Technical Specifications Review this sheet to determine if we can meet your technical requirements. If you have any questions about this form please contact the Theatre Production Coordinators. Maxwell Theatre Seating Chart Please use this seating map for your reserved events. The Maxwell Theatre does not allow for the addition of temporary seating in the seating area. Handicapped locations are only to be used for patrons who cannot use a regular seat. Standing room is not permitted. Seating capacity is 749 in the seating area including handicapped locations.
