Off Campus Non-Profit Rental Fee

Who pays this rate?

This is the rate charged to off campus users of the Maxwell Theatre that are official non-profit organizations. If the event is a fundraiser for an official non-profit organization, the space must be reserved by the actual non-profit organization. This rate is also for fundraisers presented by campus departments and student organizations when the money raised goes to an off campus official non-profit organization.

In order to qualify for this rate the organization must submit a copy of their official 501 (C) 3 letter. Organizations must also submit a copy of the following form with the letter: (If the organization is off campus, they may ignore the questions that refer to on campus users.)

Remember, that only forms sent from the Maxwell Theatre and signed by the Director are “official” estimates. However, this form should give you a good idea of what your actual expenses will be.

Once you have determined what your likely expenses will be, please send in your Facilities Reservations Form with a check for non-refundable $50 deposit to make your reservation official.
