Off Campus Rental Fee Who pays this rate? This is the rate charged to off campus users of the Maxwell Theatre unless they qualify for the non-profit rate. Please use the attached interactive form to determine what your rental charge will be. Remember, that only forms sent from the Maxwell Theatre and signed by the Director are “official” estimates. However, this form should give you a pretty good idea of what your actual expenses will be. Once you have determined what your likely expenses will be, please send in your Facilities Reservations Form with a check for $50 to make your reservation official.
