The forms and information on this page will help you to determine what the rates will be for your rental. Please remember that all listed rates are subject to change. However, once you receive an estimate from us, your rate will be locked in for the date listed on the estimate form. After that time, as long as you keep your reservation current by making your deposits in a timely manner, your rate structure will not change. However, please keep in mind that your final bill will be based on your actual use. If your use of the facility differs from your estimated use, your final bill will be different than your estimate. At the Maxwell Theatre we have a multi tiered rate structure. In order to determine your rate you must determine if you qualify for any of our discounted rates.
