Attention Health Sciences Campus students, faculty, and staff: While we work through technological issues, special deals for GRU students, faculty, and staff must be requested over the phone or in person from the Maxwell Theatre box office. We will be happy to help you. Please make sure you mention that you are a GRU student, faculty, or staff member so we can serve you properly, and do not forget to bring your valid University or Hospital ID with you to the performance.

Ticket policies

• There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
• The box office accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
• Once the capacity of the theatre has been reached, ticket distribution will stop.
• Tickets ordered online, over the phone, or through the mail will be held at the box office for pick up, unless the patron requests the tickets to be mailed. Only tickets ordered at least 6 business days before the event will be mailed when requested.
• Tickets will not be reserved without payment.

GRU student, faculty, and staff ticket policies

For events with a general public price of $5 or less, GRU students, faculty, and staff will be offered one free ticket with a valid University ID, as long as supplies last. Free tickets may be limited by performance. (some exceptions may apply)

For events with a general public price over $5, GRU students will be offered one free ticket with a valid University ID, as long as supplies last. Free tickets may be limited by performance (some exceptions may apply)

For events with a general public price over $5, GRU faculty and staff will be offered one half price ticket. Half priced tickets may be limited by performance (some exceptions may apply).

Free and half priced GRU tickets are only for the use of GRU students, faculty, and staff. Ushers will check holders of these tickets for a valid University ID. Faculty and staff may not use student tickets. These tickets may not be used by guests or family of GRU students, faculty, or staff OR anyone from outside the University.

GRU student tickets may only be used by current GRU students.

Due to the limited number of seats in the theatre, GRU students, faculty, and staff must reserve their ticket in advance in order to guarentee admission to the performance.
