Ticket policies
- There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
- The box office accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- Many events offer free tickets to ASU students, faculty, and staff with a valid JagCard.
- Due to the limited number of seats in the theatre, ASU students, faculty, and staff must reserve their free ticket in advance in order to guarentee admission to the performance. Once the capacity of the theatre has been reached, ticket distribution will stop.
- ASU JagCard holders may use a free ticket for any ASU event where free ASU tickets are offered. Ushers will check ASU JagCards at the door to each event. Ticketholders must have a valid JagCard with them to use their free ASU ticket. Guests of ASU students, faculty, or staff, must be holding general public tickets, or other appropriate tickets, to be admitted to the event. Guests attempting to use free ASU tickets will be asked to return to the box office to pay the appropriate price in order to be admitted to the event.
- Tickets ordered online, over the phone, or through the mail are subject to a $1 per order handling charge. This charge can be avoided by purchasing tickets in person at the box office.
- Tickets will not be reserved without payment.
