Physical Plant is dedicated to providing our customers with timely, high quality service. This feedback will help us reinforce our employees' performance, or it will help us identify areas for improvement. To help us evaluate, and monitor how we are doing, we ask that you please take the time to complete this confidential survey. We are interested in your comments regarding our services. The data will be viewed weekly and the results will be used to record quality of service, and identify new service goals and emerging needs.
