• Interior and exterior lighting
• Primary high boltage power to buildings
• Electrical power inside buildings
• Master clock systems
• Emergency power generator systems
• Handicap lifts and dock lifts
• Hand dryers
• Elevators (under contract)
• Fire Alarm (under contract)

II. Service Calls:

• Repair items listed under section I. Preventive maintenance

III. Work Requests:

• Install or supervise the installation of circuits for equipment
• Provide lights and power for set ups

IV. Projects :

• Standardize equipment
• Inspect projects
• Reduce energy comsumption
