2. A direct channel by which information is privately transmitted.
3. A system through which something is conducted, especially as a means

to vaccine development (Boston Globe).

pipeline
a series of waves that surfers can ride from wave to wave without stopping
for a long time
Internet slang for surfing
surfing
moving from one Internet Web site to another - usually casually. Also
known as browsing - which could imply more deliberate movement than surfing.
So we end up with:
Combining a direct channel (pipeline) by which information
is privately transmitted (campus information) with browsing (surfing)
the Web in a series of pages (waves like a pipeline) gives you
Campus Pipeline and a surfing theme.
