Log into Pipeline or Elroy as normal. In Pipeline select the School Services tab, then select "Elroy - Click Here"

Click on the text link ‘Faculty Services.’

Click on the text link ‘Advisor Menu.’

 

Click on the text link ‘Degree Evaluation.’


Select a TERM from the pull down menu.

Click on the SUBMIT button.

 

Enter the Student or Advisee ID

Or

Submit a Query

Click SUMBIT button

 

 

If you entered the Student or Advisee ID number in the previous step, the student’s should appear.

Click the SUBMIT button.

 

 

View the advisee’s primary curriculum by clicking on the link "Generate New Evaluation" at the very bottom of the page:

 

 

 

The following screen will appear. Select the program by clicking in the radio button (round circle) next to the Program. Then select the button Generate Request:

 

Select a display option.

In displaying the evaluation results you have two options: Detail requirements or Additional information.

  • Detail requirements give you the individual requirements and the course used to fulfill those requirements.
  • Additional information will display a listing of non-academic course requirements, not- used courses, course attributes not used, rejected courses and program included or excluded levels.

Click on the SUBMIT button.

 

 

This section lists general information for the evaluation such as Program, College, Degree, Major, Concentration, etc.

Total Required indicates the overall number of hours required for the degree.

Required Institutional indicates the number of hours required for residency.

GPA requirements (overall & program).

Met (Yes or No) indicates whether the requirement has been fulfilled.

Credits section lists the requirement and the actual used information.

Transfer indicates the total number of transfer hours used.

In Progress indicates the number of hours in progress or registered for a future term.

Catalog term is a key component. This term reflects the requirements that were checked. For new programs, the "Entry Term" must be at least the starting term of the program. If the student's entry term is prior, do a "What if" compliance and change the "Entry Term."

Evaluation Term is the term for which the evaluation was generated.

Request Number indicates the total number of evaluations generated according to previous requests.

Results as of indicates the date the compliance was generated.

Met indicates whether the requirement is ‘Met’ or ‘Not Met’.

Cond is a logic statement that lists whether the requirement is an ‘and’ or an ‘or’.

Rule indicates that the requirement is a choice from several courses.

Subj lists the subject code for the requirement.

Attr lists the attribute requirement.

Low lists the lowest level course number accepted.

High lists the highest level course number accepted, if there is a course range.

Required Credit(s) lists credits required.

Required Course(s) lists courses required.

Term lists the period that the course(s) were taken to fulfill the requirement.

Subj lists the code for the course that fulfilled the requirement.

Crse lists the course number for the course that fulfilled the requirement.

Title lists the title of the course that fulfilled the requirement.

Attr lists the attribute of the course that fulfilled the requirement (if required).

Credits list the credits for the course that fulfilled the requirement.

Grade lists the course grade.

Source indicates where the course was located in the system:

‘T’-Transfer Articulation

‘H’-Academic history (ASU Course)

‘R’- Registration (courses in progress or registered for a future term)

‘E’- Requirement met.

 

 

 

 

To Select another student, click on the text "Faculty Services" at the top of the page, then Advisor Menu, then ID selection - enter the relevant information and click submit, then select Degree Evaluation.

 

Once you are finished using the system please select the logoff option from the top of the screen and close your browser.
