Class Notes

Chase Caldwell (’99) and Cathleen Cheek (’00) were married on September 22, 2001. Chase has a degree in Biology and Cathleen’s degree is in Public Relations. Chase is currently a chemist at Avondale Mills and Cathleen is working in the Environmental Restoration Division at Savannah River Site.

Chuck Cadle (Finance ’73, Accounting ’77) is the founder of UliliCom Networks, Inc., which employs over 200 people. Besides being a successful entrepreneur, Chuck is married with three children and lives in Foxborough, MA. He is active in his church and is in charge of producing the weekly bulletins. Chuck’s current aspirations are to teach business at the high school and college level and to further the use of Distance Learning in Christian Education. He credits his success to the excellent business foundation that Dr. Martha Farmer provided him.

Chris Cannon (BBA ’85) was recently awarded the Circle of Excellence from the Augusta Board of Realtors. Chris also earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative distinction, of which fewer than 5% of realtors earn nationwide. Chris works at Lee Cannon Realty and previously worked in management at Georgia Federal Bank (now First Union). Chris is married to Carolyn Cannon, Administrative Assistant to the VP for Academic Affairs at ASU, and has two sons, Christopher (5) and Matthew (4).

Amy Black (’99) is in her second year of teaching 5th grade at Willis Foreman Elementary School in Richmond County. This year she is the 5th grade Social Studies teacher.
