Third event in psychology series planned

Augusta, Ga. – Augusta State University’s Department of Psychology is taking a look at applied psychology through a series of presentations held in W1002 Science Hall at noon each Friday in October.

The third presentation, scheduled for Oct. 19, will feature Matthew Schumacher, adjunct professor of psychology at Aurora University. Professor Schumacher’s presentation is titled Is suicide preventable? Understanding Warning Signs and Effective Treatment.
