Annual Student Juried Art Show at ASU
Augusta, Ga. – The Department of Art at Augusta State will host its Annual Student Juried Show with an opening reception and awards ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 22, at 5 p.m. in the New Space Gallery in Washington Hall.
The ASU student artists will have their work on display to be viewed and purchased at the show that ends March 22.
The artwork was judged by visiting artist Richard Olsen. Mr. Olsen says, “This is a great show. If there was more than one work submitted by an artist, I particularly enjoyed the opportunity of selecting the one work that excelled beyond the others, so as to reveal the favored way to that artist.”
