ASU will host two career fairs

Augusta, GA – With recent talks of a potential recession and rise of unemployment rates in the United States, Augusta State University is trying to ease those worries by hosting two career fairs. An Employer Expo, will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14, at the Christenberry Field House on Wrightsboro Road. It will feature more than 60 employers offering full-time and part-time positions as well as summer jobs and internships. This expo is open to ASU students and alumni.

Individuals wanting to pursue a career in education will have the opportunity to meet representatives from more than 60 schools systems across Georgia and South Carolina at an Educator Expo on Friday, Feb. 15, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Christenberry Field House. It is open to the public.

Attendees for both expos are encouraged to dress professionally and bring copies of their resumes.
