State of the University Address will highlight ASU’s Fall Convocation
Augusta, Ga. – Augusta State University President William A. Bloodworth, Jr., will give the State of the University address at the annual Fall Convocation, which will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 8:15 a.m. in the JSAC Ballroom.
The convocation serves as the first faculty meeting of the fall semester while welcoming new and returning faculty. New faculty and department chairs will be introduced as well as the administrators who have assumed new roles this year. The event also kicks off the campus campaign of the A Day for Augusta State University annual fund drive.
