New Appointments on Campus
Dr. Joyce Jones, dean of students, has been selected to serve as vice president for student services and Mr. Dan Whitfield, associate vice president for business operations, has been named vice president for business operations following the April retirement of Dr. Fred Barnabei.
The ASU Alumni Association will hand out awards and present new officers at the annual meeting on Friday, February 18.
Black History Month
Black History Month will feature a wide variety of events, including a faculty art show, lectures, and thought-provoking discussions on race relations.
The ASU Career Center will host two career expos this month. An employer expo is scheduled for Thursday, February 17, and an educator expo will be held Friday, February 18.
Homecoming activities will kick off with a campus block party on Monday, February 14. Read more about scheduled events.
