ASU sports teams rank well in national standings
In
the latest ranking of collegiate sports teams (as of March 26), the ASU
Jaguars fared favorably in the national standings.
In Division II rankings, the Jaguar baseball team was ranked 16th, while
the men's tennis team occupied the 40th spot in the nation. Meanwhile,
the men's golf team moved up to 16th place in NCAA Division I rankings,
after winning the 2002 Schenkel E-Z-GO Invitational March 24 at Forest
Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Ga.
