History Walk to be dedicated

The rich history of Augusta State University will be featured on Thursday, April 24, at 2 p.m. as faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends gather to dedicate the Guardhouse Museum and History Walk.

“The History Walk gives faculty, staff, students, and our neighbors an attractive place to learn about the history of the university, arsenal, and area neighborhoods,” said Kathy Hamrick, special coordinator for academic and master planning. The event is free and open to the public.
