Greene selected Physical Plant Employee of the Quarter

Melton Greene has been named Physical Plant Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2004. Mr. Greene has been a painter at ASU for more than 19 years. Originally from Swainsboro, he moved to Augusta and graduated from T.W. Josey Comprehensive High School.

When he’s not working, Mr. Greene enjoys sports, exercising at the gym, traveling, and rooting for his favorite football team — the Pittsburg Steelers.

“Melton is friendly and outgoing,” says his nominator Tim Dobbs, building maintenance foreman. “He seems to be liked by everyone.”
