Augusta State University has partnered with Radio One, a group of four local radio stations–WAKB 96.9 FM, WFXA 103.1 FM, WTHB 100.9 FM/1500 AM, and WAEG 92.3 FM–to present ASU Reports, a 30-minute, pre-taped radio program that highlights the expertise of various ASU faculty members. Topics will include everything from financial planning to political issues, career planning to the art of filmmaking.
The first taped show featured Dr. Ralph Walker, director of ASU’s Research Center and professor emeritus of political science, and Dr. Saundra Reinke, associate professor of political science and director of the Master of Public Administration Program, talking about the election outcomes and how it will affect the political climate beginning this month.
The next program, airing the first Sunday of January, will feature the Cree-Walker Professor of Business Administration Joseph Greene as he discusses financial planning. The program will air at 6 a.m. on WAKB 96.9, 7 a.m. on WFXA 103.1, and 5 p.m. on WTHB 100.9.
