Gerald Melton, physical plant, was named the Physical Plant Employee of the Fourth Quarter. He has been employed with ASU since September 1998 as a heating and air conditioning mechanic II. Mr. Melton takes pride in his work and is always willing to help others, says Alan Whaley, the Physical Plant’s HVAC foreman.

In observance of the late Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., campus will be closed on Monday, Jan. 15. It will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 16.

Tune in to ASU Reports-On Air on Sunday, Jan. 14, to hear Pamela Ferguson-Haggins, art gallery director in the Department of Art, discuss the art program and the upcoming art exhibition at ASU. On Sunday, Jan. 28, a representative from the Black History Month Committee will go on the radio program and talk about upcoming Black History Months events.
