Campus A-Day Kickoff

August 26
The ASU Alumni Association Presents ASU Night With the Augusta Green Jackets

See the GreenJackets play the Rome Braves and join ASU alumni, faculty, staff and students for an All You Can Eat picnic of hotdogs, hamburgers, potato salad, slaw, chips and softdrinks. The festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 each and can be purchased at the Office of Alumni Relations in the Maxwell Alumni House beginning July 15.

A Day for ASU Community Kickoff/President's Club Luncheon

Members of the ASU President's Club are invited to attend this annual luncheon to kickoff the A Day for Augusta State University campaign in the community. The event begins at noon at the Augusta Country Club.

October 2
Jaguar Jaunt

Save the date and start training for this 5K road race through the historic Summerville area and the ASU campus. The race starts and finishes at the Maxwell Alumni House on McDowell Street. All proceeds from the race will assist the ASU foundation in funding academic programs that support the students, faculty and staff at ASU. The festivities begin at 8 a.m. The registration fee is $12 before September 29 and $15 thereafter. The registration fee does include a T-shirt. For more information, call (706) 737-1759. 

October 6
ASU Health Fair

Stop by the Christenberry Fieldhouse between 10:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. for cholesterol screenings, flu shots, diabetes information and more.

October 8
A Day for Augusta State University Celebration and Alumni Barbecue

Join the ASU Alumni Association at the Annual A Day Celebration and Barbecue at 5:30 p.m. in the ASU Quadrangle. Barbecue will be prepared on-site by ASU alumnus James Britt, '75. In recognition of support for A Day, tickets purchased when making a pledge or contribution are $8 each. Tickets purchased at a later date are $12.50 each. Student tickets are $8 each. Proceeds from the event benefit the Faculty/Alumni Scholarship Fund.

Fine Arts Gala Concert

Alumni are invited to attend at 8 p.m. at the Maxwell Performing Arts Theatre
