Campus Notables

Bill Nelson, library, was an invited speaker for the annual conference of the Medical Library Association. His presentation, Defining and Measuring Library Contributions to Institutional Goals, was made in Washington, DC on May 25.

Wendy Turner, history, presented a paper at the Medieval Congress, held during May in Kalamazoo, Mich., titled Avoiding the King's Hand: Self Awareness of Inheritances and Mental Problems. She also chaired a session, Madness in the Writings of Female Mystics.

Emam Hoosain, teacher development, had an article titled Classroom Assessment published in Reflections, Vol. L., No. 2, Spring 2004.
