Zamzow named coordinator of alumni relations

Key positions in the Office of University Advancement are changing. Mr. Wesley Zamzow, a two-time graduate of ASU, has been named coordinator of alumni relations.

“Wes is very committed, fun to work with, and really cares about this university,” says Ms. Helen Hendee, acting vice president for university advancement. “We are very fortunate to have such talented professionals in our department.”

Mr. Zamzow has been an active member of the alumni association, most recently serving as the vice president for social. In that position, he helped coordinate the association’s annual barbecue and annual awards dinner. Before moving to his current position, he served a coordinator in the Office of Admissions.

A native of Three Rivers, Texas, Mr. Zamzow earned a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2002 and a master’s degree in educational leadership in 2005. Ms. Michele Ellington, former coordinator of alumni relations, will become director of annual giving.
