Tune in on the first Sunday of the month to hear ASU Reports On Air, our monthly public service broadcast on three Radio One stations. Radio One is the nation’s seventh largest radio broadcast company and the largest serving African American and urban listeners. On Nov. 6, visiting psychologist, Irene Frieze, author of Hurting the One You Love, will be interviewed. The monthly broadcast can be heard at 6 a.m. on WAKB 96.9, at 7 a.m. on WFXA 103.1 (Foxie 103), and at 5 p.m. on WTHB 100.9. In December, Jasper Cooke, director of Public Safety, will discuss campus safety, identify theft, domestic violence, and child abuse. Charlotte Price, chair of the Department of Nursing, will talk about the upcoming Cullum Lecture Series, which focuses on healthcare, in January. If you would like to share your research or special interest in a future broadcast—or have a topic you’d like to see explored—contact the Office of Public Relations and Publications at 737-1444.
