The recent changes in the art program have inspired the theme for this year's faculty show, Transition.

"We are growing in a number of ways—new department, new building, a closedoff gallery space," says Pam Ferguson-Haggins, ASU's gallery director and part-time art instructor.

Ms. Ferguson-Haggins says that the faculty artists may "vibe off the title." The art exhibition will run from Nov. 9-Dec. 7. Highlighting the exhibition will be an opening reception on Thursday, Nov. 9, at 5 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center gallery.

"I think the artists will really be sharing where their work is at the moment," she says.
