Ginny Luke and Shannon Stephens, counseling and testing, presented a program on How to Present a Faculty-Staff Crisis Workshop at the Georgia College Counseling Association's Annual Conference at St. Simon's Island. Stephens also spoke to the Georgia Association of College Registrars and Admissions Offices midyear staff development workshop in Macon on improving customer service.

Jennifer Onofrio, fine arts, presented a one-person exhibit at the Sherry Leedy Contemporary Art Gallery titled Skin and Bones. Her art will be published in the internationally circulated book, Nouvel Objet, during May.

Bill Bompart, academic affairs, made a presentation at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics' Western Regional Conference in Yakima, Washington, on Mathematics in the Real World.

Jasper A. Cooke, public safety, has completed the required coursework for the Georgia Law Enforcement Command College. Graduation will take place in July during the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police annual meeting in Savannah.

William N. Nelson, library, made five presentations during March. Practical Application of the New ACRL Standards: Library Assessment and Accreditation Compliance and Galileo: The Georgia Library Consortium Experience were presented at the Louisiana Library Association. Endangered Species: Libraries in the Current Accreditation Culture; Practical Solutions for Implementing the Standards for College Libraries, 2000 Edition; and In the Pits and Over the Peaks: On the Road to Publication were presented at the ACRL National Conference in Denver, Colorado.
