Dr. Nabil Ibrahim, business administration, Dr. Ray Whiting, political science, and Dr. Charlotte Christy, biolgy, were the guest speakers at the Phi Kappa Phi forum in January.
Faye McDonald Smith, author of Flight of a Blackbird, spoke at the 12th Annual Gathering of Writers. This year the conference was entitled A Celebration of New Georgia Novelists featuring three Georgia writers.
