George Phineas Butler was the first president of the College from 1925 - 1930 while principal of Richmond Academy.		 James SkinnerJames L. Skinner
James Lister Skinner was named president after Butler's retirement in 1930 and remained in that office until 1937.

Eric West Hardy served as president from 1937 until 1954.		 Anton MarkertAnton P. Markert
Anton Paul Markert was president from 1954 until 1958.
Gerald RobinsGerald B. Robins
Gerald Burns Robins was president from 1957 until 1970. The name of the college was changed to Augusta College in 1958.		 George ChristenberryGeorge A. Christenberry
George Andrew Christenberry became president in 1970 and held that office until 1986.

Richard WallaceRichard S. Wallace
Richard Strong Wallace became president in 1987 and died in July of 1991. Martha K. Farmer served as interim president from August 1991 through September 1993.
