Norm
Prinsky, languages, literature and communications, has four signed
articles published in the eight-volume literary reference work Masterplots
II: Poetry Series, Revised Edition including: [Donald Davie's]
Against Confidences, [Charles Bukowski's]
Dog Fight, [Albert Goldbarth's] How
the World Works, and [Donald Davie's] With
the Grain.
Tony Kellman, languages, literature
and communications, held a book signing and a poetry reading from his
last two books The Long Gap and Wings
of a Stranger at the 19th Miami Book Fair.
The fine arts program received accreditation
from the National Association of Schools of Art and Design. ASUs
fine arts program is only one of 236 institutions in the nation to receive
this highly prestigious honor.
Michael
Harris, physical plant, was named Physical Plant's employee of
the year.
Russ Lewis, physical plant, was named
Physical Plants employee of the fourth quarter.
Hubert van Tuyll, history and anthropology,
published the article, Survival: The Netherlands,
1905-1920, in the November issue of the journal Camaraderie.
