African-American high school students to be honored

Augusta, Ga.- Outstanding African-American high school scholars representing more than 35 high schools throughout the CSRA will be recognized by Augusta State University at the annual African-American Scholar Recognition Program on Thursday, Feb. 15, at 7 p.m. in the Maxwell Theatre.
