Phi Kappa Phi presents symposium and introduces new speaker series
Augusta, Ga. - The National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi will present an A Day Academic Symposium on Nazi Race Policies on Friday, Oct. 12, from 9-10:15 a.m. in 170 University Hall. The speakers for this symposium will be Yvonne Rieker, University of Muenster, and Angela Bratton, assistant professor in ASU’s Department of History, Anthropology, and Philosophy.
The first program in Phi Kappa Phi’s Arsenal Speaker Series, The Five Minute University: The Value and Purpose of the University, will be held on Friday, Oct. 19, from 12:30-1:45 p.m. in 170 University Hall. Presenting at this session will be ASU faculty members Jurgen Brauer, professor in the Hull College of Business, Wally Evans, professor in the Department of English and Foreign Languages, and Ray Whiting, professor in the Department of Political Science.
